FUNDING ASSISTANCE
Modification Access Project (MAP)
The Modification Access Project (MAP) provides partial funding to improve access in the homes of Bergen County residents with disabilities.
Examples of renovation projects include ramps, widening of doorways, roll-in showers, lifts, and automatic door openers.
MAP can also help pay for professional evaluations, material, and labor. Although funding limitations exist MAP can reduce or eliminate dependency and make it possible for people with disabilities to lead full and productive lives.
Funding up to $1,800.00
We are still accepting applications for funding assistance towards Home Modification (MAP).
