Membership in hipcil – Heightened Independence and Progress, Center for Independent Living offers you:
- The opportunity to participate in the Annual Membership meetings and to express your views and opinions on issues important to the lives of people with disabilities.
- The eligibility to run for an office to serve on our Board of Trustees.
